THE MISSING SOLICITOR.

Little Hope Left. Per Press Association. Dunedin, July 4. This morning the Marine Department ordered a tug to he sent to search for Mr C. C. W. Harvey, who was last seen drifting to sda in an open boat. The Hinamoa also promised to keep a lookout on her voyage dowft tho coast. The boat was a 14-foet gig. Nautical authorities are of opinion that the case is almost hopeless as so much time has elapsed. The boat would probably toss about with her gunwale awash, and the man’s only chance would be to cling to the partially submerged woodwork. He would bo buffeted by icy waves, and cold and exhaustion would soon accomplish their deadly work.- Harvey’s friends, however, are still hoping he will turn up again safe and sound.
