A motion submitted to tho Union to remove the disqualification from A. H. Baskiville, lion, secretary of the N.Z. Rugby Football Club (professional) was lost. It was decided that the N.Z. Union be requested to indemnify the Wellington Union if it should suffer any loss through legal action in connection wi|h this matter,

Mr Hinkley gave satisfaction with the whistle. Marten HI. went to Hnutervillo yesterday and suffered defeat by 13 points to 8. The game was the fastest played this season. Mr |jOtf was referee.
