Suicide of a Colonel

Colonel Bohabansky, Chief of the Tiflia Police, has committed suicide owing to being reprimanded for lack of energy in connection with the terrorist outrage and robbery cabled on Juno 26th, when the Treasury was robbed of -t3 i,OOO and ten bombs thrown into the Square to divert attention.
