Dr Jamieson bantered Mornman tor having come to the reseno of the Imperial Government, and declared that all South Africa wanted was responsible Government, only some thought it ought to come earlier and some later. Mr Theodore Schreiner refused to vote, declaring that the Imperial Government had betrayed native interests by granting unconditional responsible government.
