NIGHTCAPS MINE FIRE.
Per Press Association. - * Inveuca'koii.l. June 24. The work of sealing up the Nightcaps j mine concluded on Sunday night. In the i meantime the company will work the un- < affected portion of the mine, but the output ■ is restricted owing to the p’ant being cut i off. Duncan, one of the entombed miners, leaves a widow and five children from eight to seventeen years of nge. Carson leaves a widow and four children aged fiom two years to six. Walsh was a widower with live children grown up. It is believed that tbe damage to. the mine is comparatively slight.
