j Press Association i AucKiiAND, June 18. A further batch of Kia Ora survivors arrived to-day by steamer. They were ; Do Wolffe, chief officer; J. Robinson, second officer; E. L. Baggstrom, chief engineer; J. Petersen, chief steward; W. Johnson, cadet steward ; J. Do Calinof, cook’s boy ; ■ Miss Keller, stewardess ; and Mr Partridge, a passenger, who is suffering from a broken leg and broken rib. The latter was transferred to the Itarawa in the afternoon, and s left for his home at Eltham, via New Plyi month. Mrs Cox was landed at Raglan. ; ' All bore signs of exposure, r j There is still doubt as to the number of > ■ passengers drowned. The chief steward i states that there were 13 adults, a Maori 3 ' hoy, and two children on board besides 19 3 ! of the ship’s crew, a total of 35. He col- . i leoted the tickets after leaving Waitara. t j Only 31 have been accounted for. 3 Thu stewardess commends the fortitude 3, and forbearance of all, especially the women.
