In the matter of “ The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900 ” and of “ The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901 ” and the Acts amending the same respectively. The Council of the Borough of I Marton hereby gives public notice that such Council proposes to raise a Special Loan of two thousand five hundred pounds under' the provisions i of “The Local Bodies Loans Act,, 1901 ” and amendments for the pur- j pose of erecting a now gas holder, extension of gas works plant, mains and services, and to make an annually recurring special rate of 8d in the £ on tiro annual value of all rateable property in the said Borough of Marton as security for the interest and Sinking Fund, (Sinking Fund to be at the rate of 1 per cent per an uum) in connection with such loan.
