Mutiny of Russian Sailors. St. Petersburg, June 17. The sailors on two Russian warships at TendraJ Island plotted to throw their officers overboard and seize the whole squadron under Admiral Tsiwinsky. The officers frustrated their plan and GO arrests have been made. It is understood that street fighting in Sevostopol following the Tendra Island mutiny, hastened the dissolution of the Duma.
