Stock Market.

Dalgotv and Co., Ltd., report on their usual weekly sale at Palmerston North as follows:—There was a small yarding of sheep, all hues being sold by auction. The followin" is a list of prices realised : Shorn lambs lis Id to lis lOd, woolly lambs 12s, mixod two-tooths 15s -Id, dry ewes 8s 3d, cull lambs 5s 7d to 85 3d. Cattle : Small yarding • f cattle, svll lines being cleared at satisfactoryprices; 2}£-year bullocks £0 10s, 3year bullocks £5 Is, forward heifers £2 19s 6d to £3 19s. Abraham and Williams report:—At Palmerston on Thursday a fair yarding came forward. The attendance was not as large as usual but buyers were present and competition good. The whole of the sheep were sold under the hammer and with the exception of one pen of fat cows all the cattle changed hands. Quotations—Wethers 16s, two-tooth wethers lis -id, small two-tooth wethers 13s, fat ewes 14s lid, mixed halfbred Slrropshiro two tooth 13s, lambs 10s 9d, cull lambs 8s lOd, sound mouth ewes in lamb Ids 7d, aged ewes in lamb 12s 6d, forward bullocks £6 10s, fat cows £3 15s to £4 10s, forward cows £2 14s to £2 15s, store cows 27s 6d to 32s 6d, weancr steers 27s 6d and £2 8s 6d, good weaner heifers 225,. mixed weaners 17s 6d.
