EVANGELIST v. WOMAN.

Ashbukton, April 24,
At the Magistrate's Court this afternoon an application was made on behalf of 0. E. Hamilton (of the Hamilton Garmong Mission), who was fined £5 and costs last Friday far assault ou a married woman, for a re-hearing of the case. The application was refused on the grounds that the ovidenco proposed to bo tendered would not alter the decision.
