The annual meeting of Rahgitikei Rugby Union will be held at Mar - ton this evening. An important matter "to. be brought forward will be the appointment 'of a committee to drawJup cup contest by-laws. • The rFeilding Football Club will travel to Sandon on Saturday to play the first match of the season. Feilding will'be represented as follows vena, Rout, Harding, Ongley, Fitzgerald, Reed,»Whisker 2, Taylor, Bishop, Ryan, K.obersteih, Temploton and Ashworth.
