THE LOSS OF THE BERLIN.

London, April 24. The finding of the Board of Trade inquiry into tho loss of the steamer Berlin is that it-was due to the master's error of judgment in entering a new waterway in the weather conditions prevailing, and not making sufficient allowance for wind and sea.
