PASSENGER DISASTER.
Press Association. —Copyright foT. Pktebshurg, April 22. The steamer "Archangelsh, with eighty passengers, crossing the Neva in a snowstorm struck an ico fbe and foundered almost immediately. The passengers fought for the few lifebelts. A passing vessel rescued twelve men. Three women who remained were carried away by the current and drowned.
