Bertha Victor, alias Levi Young, the woman who has been masquerading in male attire, was before the Court to-day charged with druukeu'ufess and vagrancy and using obscene language. Telegrams were received from accused’s brother, asking that she should ho put in a home, aud from another person asking that she be sent to Wellington. The accused expressed willingness to enter the Door of llojic, aud was Ordered to come up for sentence on the understanding that slie remained in the institution for three months.
