MAUAWATU 'JIA COUNCIL SPECIAL ORDERS. Notice is hereby piven that at a special meeticg of tbo Manawtitu County Council, held at Sanson, on the 18th March, 1907, the following special orders were adopted : That in pursuance and exerciee of the powers vested in it in that behalf by " Vhe Local Bodies Loans Act, 1901," and by virtus of a warrant issued under the hand cf His Excellency the Governor, in terms of Sec- ! tion 118 of "The Public Work-? Act, I 1905," dated the 14th day of Decorni bar, 1906, the Manawaiu County : Council hereby resolves as follows : ! (1) That for the purpose of providing I iha interest and other charges on a ; loan of two thousand pounds sterling ; authorised "to be raisod by the Mana- ! watu County Council, under the I above-mentioned Acts, foe the purjpose of providing the Manawatu ! That the Manawatu County Council hereby declares that the undermentioned plants inoluded in the seoond eohedulo of "The Noxiouß Weeds Act, 1900," shall be deemed to be noxious weeds within its jurisdiction ; .
