Nixon, two of the principals in a leading firm of local auctioneers, was heard, The claim was for £IBB3, in connection with a deed of partnership interest on same and £IOO damages'. The case is proceeding. Ddnedjn, March 22, The ~ following sentences were passed by Judge Williams this mommg:—Thomas Conghlau, sending false telegram, twelve months; Thomas George William Gould, burglary and theft, twelve months; Jessie Elizabeth Blissard, aged 19, : who had pleaded guilty to theft from a dwelling,-.was ordered to come up for sentence when' called iipon. - !
