Per Pres 3 Association. Wangandi, March 22. The adjourned sittings of the Supreme Court wore held this mornr ing before Judge Button, when the civil case Richard Baddeley v. J. H. Nixon, two of the principals in a leading firm of local auctioneers, was heard, The claim was for £IBB3, in connection with a deed of partnership interest on same and £IOO damages'. The case is proceeding. Ddnedjn, March 22, The ~ following sentences were passed by Judge Williams this mommg:—Thomas Conghlau, sending false telegram, twelve months; Thomas George William Gould, burglary and theft, twelve months; Jessie Elizabeth Blissard, aged 19, : who had pleaded guilty to theft from a dwelling,-.was ordered to come up for sentence when' called iipon. - !
