The undersigned favoured with the order from the Trustees in the estate of the late Mr Donald McPherson, will sell by Public Auction at the Pukekohe Sale Yard a . All that well-known dairying and cropping farm situated at Mauku West in the Pukekohe district containing 76 acies comprising part of Lot 83 of the Parish of Waiuku East and the whole of the land in Land Transfer Certilicate of Title Volume 15 Folio 79. The farm is a lirst-dass dairying or cropping farm, is well watered and being volcanic soil is well adapted for growing early potatoes, has north easterly aspect and lies well to the sun.
