Papakura Town District. NOTICE TO STRIKE RATE. The Papakura Town Board will meet in tneir Office on MONDAY, Ist Day of May, 1916, to strike a General Rate of One Penny and one-farthing in the Pound (under Section 35 of the Town Boards Act,, 1908, and its amendments) and a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of two-thirteenths of a penny in the £l, also a Special Annual Recurring Rate of six-thirteenths of a Pe.iny in the Pound, to provide principal and interest on loan of £1250, authorised to be raised by the Papakura Town Board (under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, and its amendments), upon the capital value of all that rateable property in the district, for a period of 12 months, from the first day of April, 1916, to the 31st day of March, 1917 to be payable together in one sum, on the Ist day of July, 1916, at the office of the Board, where the Rate Book will be open for inspection.
