By-Laws The General By-Laws for the Borough, made at a Special Meeting of the Borough Council on Wednesday, February 26th, 1913, are now Publicly Posted at the following places for inspection : - Messrs Wm. Eoulston's and Perkins and Co's Stores, and at the Council Office.
