Pursuant to section 18 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Pukekohe was taken 011 the 23rd day of September, 1912, on the proposal of the Pukekohe Borough Council to borrow the sum of £8:300 for grading, forming and metalling streets, and for other purposes, full particulars of which are sot out in the Notice of Intention to raise a loan published in "The Pukekohe and Waiuku Times " newspaper of the 20th day of August, 1912. Pursuant to section 13 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Pukekohe was taken on the 23rd day of September, 1912, on the proposal of the Pukekohe Borough Council to boirow the sum of £17.50 for the purpose of replacing the amounts allocated in the loan raised by the late Pukekohe Town Board, as specified in the ballot paper at tho pol' taken by the Board on the 10th day of January, 1911, and which have not been expended on the roads therein mentioned, and paying all engineering, clerical and other oxpense, incidental to the carrying out of such work.
