Pursuant to section 18 of the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908, I hereby give notice that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Pukekohe was taken 011 the 23rd day of September, 1912, on the proposal of the Pukekohe Borough Council to borrow the sum of £8:300 for grading, forming and metalling streets, and for other purposes, full particulars of which are sot out in the Notice of Intention to raise a loan published in "The Pukekohe and Waiuku Times " newspaper of the 20th day of August, 1912.
