Sir, —Fooling certuin that most if not all of the members of the Mauku Road Board are subscribers to the Times I dosiro through it to direct their and the Waiau Pa ratepayers' attention to the disgraceful state of the Waiau Pa wharf For mouths this wharf has been disappearing into the Manukau harbour through sheer neglect on tiie part of the Road Board, and I am fairly surprised that the ratepayers (especially those who use it most and to whom it is an absolute necessity permit their property to be destroyed by neglect in this manner. Personally, though rated for it. I make j little use of it, having mv own private landing, but I dislike seeing valuable property destroyed without protest.
