An assurance that no shopkeeper prepared to resume deliveries to homes would be Unable to obtain a delivery vehicle was given by the Prime Minister-elect, Mr. Holland, in an interview. He said the Government must ensure that traders were allowed to provide household deliveries and that people who were prepared to meet the cost of this were not denied that , right. In some cases household deliveries were not made to-day because the cost, could not be recovered, said Mr. Holland.- If anybody -said that he could not deliver because he could not get a vehicle he would be authorised to get one.
