“ Unless casein achieves a certain analysis it may possibly be rejected from the contract, or fetch a lower price,” said the chairman, Mr. W. F. Stark, at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the Norfolk Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, on Monday, when the question of milk deliveries was under discussion. Only a matter of quality would induce the directors of the Morrinsville company, which had purchased Norfolk’s assets, to require a twice daily delivery of milk.
