EXTRA-URBAN PLANNING SCHEME—TOKOROA. Notice is hereby given that the Matamata County Council has been directed by Order-In-Council to prepare an extra-urban planning scheme for the Tokoroa District and that pending the finalising of the scheme the Council has decided to prohibit the erection, extension or alteration of any building in the area unless a permit signed by the County Engineer is first obtained. All applications for permits must be in writing, and must fully describe the purpose for which the building will be used, and its precise location.
