PIG PRODUCTION COSTS
LAST SEASON'S LOSS OF SUPPLY “If there was a forgotten man during the war period it wae the heme separation man, keen on pig production,” remarked Mr. B. J. Pirrit, chairman of directors, at Monday’s annual meeting of the Morrinsville Co-operative Dairy Co., •Ltd. The pig producer had been left to carry all the increased wartime production costs. The directors of the company had pressed strongly in this regard, but oo far, even with the co-operation of Federated .Farmers and the Dairy Board, without any great success. The matter war a most important one for shareholders and the company.
