RABBITSKIN SALE
The Otago Farmers’ Co-op. Association of N.Z-, Ltd., reports a full attendance of buyers at the sale on Tuesday, when smaller catalogues were submitted- The bulk of the - offering comprised spring and summer skins, and the market for this class of skin was very firm and prices can be quoted on a par with those ruling last sale. Only small quantities of winter skins were offered, and prices for these were easier by 9d per lb. The following is the range of prices:—Small, 60id; 3rd' broken, 811 d; milky, 81!d to 93d; summers, 83d; 2nd broken, 821 d; stained does, llOd; winter bucks, 136 d; winter does, 136 d; outgoing bucks, 123 d; outgoing does, llSd; spring bucks, 104 d; spring does, 95Jd; summer fawn, 70d; outgoing fawn, 80d; summer black, 78Sd; outgoing black, lOOd; winter black, 120 d; hareskins, 30d to 40d; hair, to 28d. The next sale is scheduled for December 2.
