OBITUARY.
REV. R. W. JACKSON. The Rev. R. W. Jackson, a former Presbyterian minister at Matamata, died at Takapuna on Tuesday at the age of S 6 years. Mr. Jackson was born at Galashiels, Selkirkshire, Scotland, and came to New Zealand in 1900. He received a call to Southbridge, Canterbury, and remained there for about 10 years. He later accepted a call to Matamata, where he stayed until his retirement a little over 10 years ago.
