Alkx. Reese.—The matters referred to in your letter, published in our issue of Ftiday last, have been sutliciently discussed by ns in our columns. The world, we notice, has not ceased to revolve in consequence of the action of the County Council in regard to those matters—it is still going on, and we must go with it.
