Pahiatua Band.
The first annual meeting of the Pahiatua Brass Band was held in the Town Hall on Monday evening (Mr Crewe in the chair), whon the balance-sheet was read, which showed a balance in hand of 4s sd. The following office-bearers were elected for the ensuing year:—Bandmaster, Mr Cooper; Treasurer, Mr W. Mclnnes; Secretary, Mr J. A. Kennedy; Commute : Messrs Shelbourne, Taggart, and Henderson.
