The condition of the cake, I find, is excellent. Altogether the enclosed analysis and recently examination of your Waterloo Round Caice fully confirms me in the high opinion which I have expressed in years past of the feeding value of these caiccs. During the last live years I have made many analyses of samples of your sake sent to me by consumers and without a single exception 1 have found all the samples of the same excellent quality as that of the cake which you sent me for analysis a few days ago, and I am satisfied that you mane the Waterloo Round Cujces always from the same kind of feeding materials, of the best quality, and employ them in the same proportions. The more extensively the Waterloo Cane will become known, the more it will be appreciated by feeders and fatteners of "oek.—Augustus VoelcKer.”
