Sir,—Kimlly allow mo through thu columns of your paper to call the attention of tho candidates for the now licensing committee the necessity of mooting tho public with a \iow of discussing tho very important matters they will have to consider and decide during their term of oltiee. 1 leave for Wellington to-day and cannot be back before Saturday, 18th inst.
