Any purchaser of private ground in which no interments shall have taken place, may transfer his or her interest to any other person. REGISTERS TO RF. KEPT. The Town Clerk shall keep a hook, in which he shall enter from lone to tune the number of every lot sold, and the name of the purchaser thereof, together with the date of the sale of the same, and shall keep a record of the burials in the Cemetery. RECEIPT FOR PURCHASE MONEY TO BE GIVEN. The Town Clerk shall receive the pur chase money for the sale of such lots, and shall give a receipt lor the same, which receipt shall be held as conclusive evidence of the purchase and selection of the lots mentioned therein. Provided that a duplicate receipt may be given upon satisfactory proof of the original having been lost. Provided further that if the original receipt be at any time found, alter the issue of a duplicate, the duplicate must at once be returned to the Town Clerk STAMPS. Tartios applying for transfers or duplicate of receipt must at their own cost provide all necessary duty stamps if required. FENCE AND ERECT TOMBSTONES. Persons purchasing gravis may, by permission of the Trustees, to In* given in w riting by the Town Clerk, fence in the plots of ground allotted ; provided that ull such fences shall not exert t four feet in height; and may erect tombstones, bead stones, or other monuments thereon.
