BUSINESS : To Pass a Resolution increasing the Capital of the Company as follows: “That the Capital of the Company be increased to the amount of £IOO,OOO by creation of additional capital of the amount £90,000, divided into 90,000 Shares of £1 each, such Shares to be issued as ordinary Shares, ranking as to dividend and as to Distribution of Capital on a winding up equally with the ordnary Shares in the existng Capital of the Company.’’ J.
