HAVELOCK TOWN BOARD. EXTRAORDINARY VACANCY. iN pursuance of the provisions of the Local Elections and Polls Act, 1908, I hereby give notice that an election of one member of the Havelock Town Board will be held on Monday, April Bth, to fill the vacancy caused by the retirement of W. H. Orsman, Esq. And I hereby appoint the Havelock Town Board Office and Saturday the 30th day of March at 12 o’clock noon as the time and place for the receiving of nominations which must be in the manner prescribed by the said acts.
