BY LONG- RANGE ENEMY GUNS. PARIS, March 23. Official.—The enemy are shelling Paris suburbs with a long-range 340 millimetre gun firing every quarter of an hour. A dozen persons have been killed and fifteen wounded. Counter measures have been taken. Several (fiicmy aeroplanes flew over Paris at 8.30 this morning, causing several casualties. They were chased off by our machines, and all was clear at 4.20 this afternoon.

NEW YORK, March 23. American experts suggest that there is some error about the long range bombardment, though it is officially given out at Paris. Guns with a sixtymile range have been unknown hitherto.
