The monthly meeting of the Marlborough Land Board was held in Blenheim last Tuesday. There were present: The Commissioner of Crown Lands (Mr H. D. McKelkr), Messrs J. Fulton, J. S. Storey, J. Boyd, and A. McCallum

A. L. Thompson applied for an area of land in Block ,XIV., Wakamarina S.D.—Refused.

Island in Rai River, Block 1., Waka-' marina, 1 acre, transfer from A. Simpson to Denis McKinley.—Approved, subject to noxious weeds being cleared within one month.

Sections 37 and 65, Block X., Wakamarina S.D., 130 acres, transfer from L. M. G. Gibbons to Walter P. Auckram.—Recommended for approval of Minister.

Section 31, Block 1., Wakamarina S.D., 2 acres 38 perches, transfer from J. F. Horton to Frederick H. Robinson. —Recommended for approval of Minister. APPLICATIONS FOR PEE SIMPLE.
