Yesterday being the last day of the Thursday half-holiday for Havelock, nest week will usher in the new arrangement for the observance of Saturday, As far as this district is concerned the week-end half-holiday is in the nature of an experiment, and time will tell whether the change is a desirable one—or otherwise —to all parties.
