Foul Breath The old saying that “distance 1 lends enchantment” was never more aptly to the point than when applied to those people whose breath is laden with evil-smelling and offensive odours. Many persons appear most attractive at a distance, but produce a feeling of pity and disgust when close to, becauseof the condition of their breath.
