Germany and China.
London, March 1. Reuter’s Shanghai correspondent states that in order to convince the Chinese Premier of the sufficiency of Germany’s supplies, the German Minister informed him that glycerine was being extracted from corpses of soldiers for use in making explosives. . This disgusted the Premier and influenced him in favour of rupturing relations.
