NOTICE OP INTENTION TO LEVY A RATE. , ‘ THE Valuer General hereby notifies that after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of this notice, it is his intention to levy under the provisions of “ The Eating Act, 1908,” “ The Rating Amendment Act, 1910,” and “ The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909,” a rate of three-twentieths of a penny in the £ on all rateable property situated in that portion of the Picton Hospital and Charitable Aid District that is within the County of Sounds, such rate to be for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1911, and ending on the 31st day of March. 1912. and to be payable in one sum on the 16th February, 1912, to the Secretary, Picton Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, Picton.
