FARM AND DAIRY
A notable clashing of butter judging opinions has taken place in connection with a consignment of butter shipped by the Yea and Mansfield Dairy Company, Victoria, per Otranto some weeks ago. A Melbourne agent reported regarding the butter:—" This consignment shows strong weedy flavour, one case not marked being particularly rank, and not worth more than 90 points." The .London report regarding the same butter stated:—" Average price cabled, 116 s. The butter came to hand in splendid j condition and pleasing in all respects. i Top market prices were realised."
