Serious Floods.
Paris, Dec. 3. The floods are menacing villages near St. Etienne, and 7000 people are workless. At Nautes hundreds of families are homeless. The railways are submerged around Orleans. A bursting dam at Montjean submerged the neighbourhood to a depth of six feet. The Chamber of Deputies voted £6OOO for relief purposes.
