Another rise in Flour.

Dunedin, May 18. The Otugo Daily Times states that tho Directors of the Now Zealand Flour Millers' Association, at their ordinary monthly meeting, held in Christchuroh, decided to advanoe the price of flour another 10s per ton, making a total rise of £1 within a week Tho reason for this is obviously tho advance in the price of flour in the Commonwealth, thus making importations from that source prohibitive. It has been a matter of common knowledge that the possibility of the importation of Australian flour has been a fact militating against an advance in the Now Zealand commodity, despite the gradual hardening of the wheat market. Now, however, that wheat is hardening all over the world, an advance has been established in Australia, and should the exoitement continue the outlook is for higher prices for flour and bread throughout the winter.
