Notice to Advertisers. (CASUAL Advertisements are inserted in J in this paper at 3/■ per inch. Arrangements can ba tnado for monthly quarterly, or yearly business advertisements. Ordinary advertisements, specially ordered above the leader, 4/6 per inch. Advertisements inserted by the quarter will be continued at expiration of the same, unless special instructions are given to the contrary. Advertisements sent without the number of insertions being specified, will bo continued until notice of discontinuance is forwarded in writing, iVolice of withdrawal must bo given in writing, and previous to expiry of quarter, otherwise broken quarters will be charged at full rates.
