To confirm a special resolution passed at a meeting on the 10th day of May, 1898, creating a Special District to be called Special District No 1, consisting of the Mahakipawa Subdivision together with Sections 1,2, and 46 in the Wakamarina Survey District, to be a Special District for the purpose of borrowing £6OO to complete the Havelock-Mahakipawa Road within the said Special District.
