NOTICE. NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership which for some time past existed between us, the undersigned, Albert Adams and Alexander Robertson, under the style or firm of Adams <fc Robertson, in the business of General Storekeepers and Produce and General Dealers, carried on in and about Spring Creek, was, on the First Day of May, 1893, dissolved by mutual consent. The Business will in the future be carried on by Mr Alexander Robertson alone, who will also pay all moneys due by, and receive all moneys due to the late firm, and only his receipt shall be a sufficient discharge for debts due to such firm. IT is hereby publicly notified that it is the intention of the Pelorus Road Board, at a special meeting to be held at Noon on the 14th day of June, 1893. To confirm a special resolution passed at a meeting on the 10th day of May, 1893, creating a Special District to be called Special District No 1, consisting of the Mahakipawa Subdivision together with Sections 1,2, and 46 in the 'Wakatuarina Survey District, to be a Special District for the purpose of borrowing £6OO to complete the Havelock-Mahakipawa Road within the said Special District.
