To borrow money to complete the formation and metalling of the Main Roads in the district. 2. Notice of Levying a Rate. HE Commissioner of Taxes hereby notifies that he has levied under the provisions of “ The Rating Act, 1882,” and “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885, Amendment, 1886,” a rate of one-seventh of a penny in the pound on all rateable property within that portion of the County of Sounds which is within the Picton Hospital and Charitable Aid District, for a period commencing the Ist day of A.pril, 1892, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1893.
