Eules and Regulations—

No entry will be taken except on the condition that all disputes arising shall be decided by the stewards, or whom they may appoint, their decision on all points to be final.

All races to be run under “ Metropolitan Eules of 1892.” Nominations for Handicap Hurdle Race, Havelock Cup, and Pelorus Stakes close on Saturday, December 17th, 1892. Weights for Hurdles and Cup declared on Wednesday, December 2lst.

Acceptances for Hurdles and Cup close on Tuesday, December 27tb.

All Nominations and entries must be accompanied by the necessary amount of cash, and must be in the hands of the Secretary before 8 o’clock p.m. on the dates advertised. District horses shall mean any horse that has been commonly resident in the Pelorus Riding for three consecutive months previous to the race meeting, and owned by a person who has resided in the said Riding during the same period, and not won a race of the value of £5.
