The Bulgarian-Servian War
(own correspondent.) London, Dec. 16. Prince Alexander, of Bulgaria, declares that it is needless to appoint a Commission for the settlement of the Bulgarian difficulty, as be is quite ready to comply with the demands of the Turkish Commissioner, provided that the latter country insist on the evacuation of Widdin by Servia.
