(OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Napier. Wednesday. Mr J. A. Cunningham, stock and station agent, formerly a sheepfarmer, died here yesterday, after a short illness of pheuno nonia. Wm. Kireti, a piioil at the Te Aute College, was drowned in the Te Aute Lake on Saturday last, by the upsetting of a canoe. Deceased would have come into a large property had he lived.
